Real Estate Specialist – Dubai

About the role

EverNest Real Estate is looking for a motivated Real Estate Specialist to manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties in Dubai. You will work from our iconic headquarters at The Opus, leveraging our direct relationships with leading developers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage your own portfolio of clients and properties across Dubai’s residential and commercial markets.
• Build and maintain a strong client pipeline.
• Advise buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors on market opportunities.
• Conduct property viewings and present suitable options.
• Prepare offers and negotiate terms on behalf of clients.
• Handle listings, follow‑ups, and transactions through the CRM system.
• Develop long‑term client relationships and generate referrals.
• Stay ahead of market trends, new launches, and investment opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, ideally in Dubai real estate.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Confidence working with international and high‑value clients.
• A disciplined approach to prospecting and follow‑up.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• UAE real estate qualification – or willingness to obtain one.
• Ambition, consistency, and the drive to take ownership.
