About the role
We are seeking an experienced Reception Manager (Italian speaker) to lead the front‑of‑house operations at one of Dubai's most prestigious ultra‑luxury hotels.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and oversee reception and reservations, ensuring a smooth guest journey from booking to departure.
- Welcome guests with a warm, personalised approach, creating a memorable first impression.
- Manage reservations, table allocations, guest preferences, special requests and VIP bookings using SevenRooms.
- Build strong relationships with VIP and regular guests, consistently meeting their expectations.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a Reception Manager, Reservations Manager or similar senior front‑of‑house role.
- Proven experience in a high‑volume restaurant or premium hospitality environment.
- Strong GCC experience, ideally in Dubai.
- Excellent Italian language skills.
