Receptionist – Pet Services Front Desk

About the role

We are looking for a professional, emotionally intelligent Receptionist who loves animals to be the first point of contact for our clients and their pets. The role combines front‑desk administration with genuine relationship building in a fast‑paced pet‑services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet clients and pets warmly, remembering preferences and histories.
• Manage phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails and in‑person inquiries.
• Schedule, confirm and coordinate appointments across grooming, boarding, daycare, training and veterinary services.
• Coordinate client and pet flow with groomers, trainers, boarding staff and veterinary teams.
• Maintain accurate client and pet records, documentation and data entry.
• Process invoices, payments and receipts, ensuring transparent financial transactions.
• Use booking systems, WhatsApp automation and AI‑powered tools to streamline daily workflow.
