About the role
The Recreation Ambassador will deliver exceptional guest experiences within the General Recreation area, embodying a genuine service personality and high emotional intelligence. This role supports the brand’s promise of gracious hospitality and memorable lifestyle experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure all operational tasks are conducted in line with service standards and procedures.
- Go the extra mile to anticipate guest needs and prevent complaints.
- Proactively communicate with fellow ambassadors, keeping guests’ interests at heart.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in a 5‑star hospitality environment.
- At least 2 years supervisory experience for roles managing teams.
- Strong spoken English; additional language is a plus.
- High school diploma required; degree in Hotel Management preferred.
