About the role
As a Recreation Ambassador II you will create memorable recreation experiences for guests at Address Hotels + Resorts, ensuring safety, energy and seamless service from arrival to departure.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional recreation experiences that reflect the brand’s standards.
- Guide guests through safe and energizing activities throughout their stay.
- Perform operational tasks in line with service procedures and standards.
- Anticipate and resolve guest issues, providing proactive service recovery.
- Communicate effectively with fellow ambassadors, always prioritising guest interests.
- Go the extra mile to exceed guest expectations.
Required profile
- Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence.
- Minimum two years experience in a 5‑star hospitality environment.
- At least two years of supervisory experience when managing a team.
- Strong spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
- High school diploma required; a degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
