Recreation Kids Club Attendant – Radisson Resort Al Marjan Island

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Recreation Kids Club Attendant to join the vibrant team at Radisson Resort Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah. The role focuses on delivering safe, fun, and engaging experiences for children while supporting the overall recreation department.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the Kids Club team and lead by example, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Maintain inventory of toys and equipment, create and update inventory lists, and ensure all items are clean and well‑maintained.
• Coordinate with the Recreation Supervisor to implement daily, weekly and monthly activity schedules.
• Enforce club rules and regulations at all times, and ensure the club/creche area remains tidy.
• Monitor locker facilities for cleanliness and order.
• Respond to guest inquiries with accurate information and a friendly attitude.
• Stay informed about club facilities, timings, promotions, prices and departmental policies.
• Assist with budgeting, inventory control and any additional duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Ability to work flexible hours in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
