About the role

eMagine Solutions is seeking a Delivery‑focused Recruitment Consultant to own senior‑level searches across multinational and government accounts in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless candidate experience while meeting demanding stakeholder expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery on senior and business‑critical mandates (Manager to Director level).
• Build and manage shortlists quickly: sourcing, screening, interviewing, referencing and offer management.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to align on role clarity, timelines and market realities.
• Manage client stakeholders across complex environments with multiple decision‑makers and governance requirements.
• Maintain best‑in‑class candidate experience through clear communication and tight processes.

Required profile

• Proven track record of measurable delivery in agency recruitment, especially senior management and director‑level hiring.
• Strong exposure to UAE and Saudi markets with solid networks and cultural awareness.
• Comfortable working with multinational corporations and government or semi‑government entities.
• Delivery‑obsessed, process‑driven and calm under pressure.
• Sharp on search strategy, market mapping and candidate assessment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with modern recruitment tools and data (ATS/CRM systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, reporting).
• Ability to work quickly, stay organised and be data‑aware.
• Arabic language skills (spoken and/or written) are a strong plus.
