Regional Account Manager

About the role

Arab Asset Consulting, a business consulting firm offering business setup, accounting and tax consulting and investment advisory services, is hiring a full-time, on-site Regional Account Manager in Dubai, UAE. The role manages and expands a portfolio of regional client accounts across business setup, accounting, tax consulting and investment advisory services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understand client needs and coordinate tailored consulting solutions
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and monitor account performance
• Identify growth opportunities and prepare proposals and presentations
• Collaborate with internal consulting and finance teams to deliver services on time and within scope
• Track market trends in the region, contribute to business development initiatives and report account metrics to leadership

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage
• Prior experience in a regional or key account management role, ideally in consulting, financial services or professional services
• Experience in business consulting, business setup or company formation, and exposure to accounting and tax services
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or other regional languages is a plus
• Knowledge of the UAE and GCC business environment and regulatory landscape is highly desirable

• Analytical and problem-solving skills, including comfort with financial data and performance metrics
