Regional Key Account Manager – Defense (IMEA)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Key Account Manager to lead growth in the defense and military logistics sector across the IMEA region. Based in our UAE office, you will combine strategic account planning with hands‑on client engagement to secure new business and expand existing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new client relationships within the defense logistics market.
• Nurture and grow existing accounts, driving additional revenue opportunities.
• Lead proposal development and coordinate with internal teams to deliver winning bids.
• Conduct regular customer visits, site meetings and attend industry events.
• Collaborate with branch leadership on forecasting, business planning and pipeline management.
• Engage with multiple decision‑makers to understand supply‑chain challenges and propose tailored solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in defense logistics, with at least 2 years in sales or relationship management.
• Master’s degree in logistics, business or a related field.
• Strong communication, organizational and decision‑making abilities.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the assigned territory.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
