Regional Key Account Manager

About the role

Auxo Talent Group is seeking a Regional Key Account Manager to lead one of its largest global strategic accounts across the Middle East & Africa. Based in Dubai, you will act as the day‑to‑day account lead for a high‑profile client spanning more than 25 countries, driving recruitment operations, contractor management and workforce solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a major enterprise client across the MEA region.
• Coordinate recruitment activity and hiring projects across multiple countries.
• Oversee the full contractor lifecycle, including onboarding, extensions, renewals and off‑boarding.
• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Delivery, Finance and Compliance teams to ensure exceptional service.
• Produce account reporting, forecasting and workforce insights.
• Identify opportunities to grow the account through contractor retention, workforce expansion and additional hiring requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management within recruitment, MSP or workforce solutions.
• Strong background in contractor management and client relationship management.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management and service delivery capabilities.
• Track record of commercial account growth, preferably with international or multi‑country accounts.
