Regional Sales Director

About the role

Panasonic Avionics seeks a Regional Sales Director to act as the business unit’s subject‑matter expert and strategic advisor to customer executives, driving complex sales pursuits and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business outcomes into ecosystem solutions and architect partnerships that generate new business for Panasonic Avionics.
• Identify, evaluate and prioritize complex sales opportunities, develop business cases, and lead negotiations to secure deals.
• Maintain a network of industry relationships with partners, competitors and thought leaders to support opportunity identification and transaction execution.
• Lead, train and motivate Regional Sales Managers, ensuring successful implementation of marketing programs and product launches.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related technical field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of account, product or program management and sales experience in avionics, aerospace SaaS, connectivity or BI solutions.
• Proven ability to build customer relationships, exceed sales targets and develop innovative business models and partner alliances.
• Strong analytical, business‑modeling and negotiation skills in a complex, ambiguous environment.
