Regional Sales Executive – Africa

About the role

VITRONIC Machine Vision Middle East LLC is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Executive to lead business growth across the African market. Based in Dubai, you will be responsible for generating new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and expanding the company’s footprint in key African territories.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across African markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to uncover upcoming projects and sales opportunities.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
• Represent VITRONIC at exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure, including proposals and commercial offers.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline, provide accurate forecasts, and achieve agreed sales targets.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable solutions.
• Collaborate with technical, project, and service teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and deliver regular market intelligence to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development or account management.
• Proven experience working with customers and business opportunities across Africa.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and travel frequently across Africa.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with CRM systems.
