Regional Sales Manager – BFSI (Dubai, UAE)

About the role

Impetus Technologies is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead new customer acquisition and revenue growth within the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) sector in the UAE. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, manage complex sales cycles and expand Impetus’ footprint across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to win new enterprise BFSI clients.
• Own end‑to‑end sales cycles, from prospecting to closing high‑value deals.
• Build and nurture executive‑level relationships and act as the primary advisor for key accounts.
• Leverage partner ecosystems (cloud and data platforms) to position Impetus’ solutions.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales and delivery teams to craft winning proposals and ensure long‑term client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven success in enterprise software or consulting sales, especially within BFSI organizations.
• Track record of closing complex, high‑value deals.
• Ability to engage and influence C‑level stakeholders.
• Strong consultative, value‑based selling approach.
