Regional Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced tyre sales professional to lead the growth of Apollo and Vredestein brands across the United Arab Emirates, Egypt and Iraq from our Dubai headquarters. The role combines commercial leadership, channel management and technical expertise to expand market share and support our dealer network.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve budgeted sales targets for Apollo and Vredestein in the assigned territories.
• Develop and maintain relationships with major accounts, distributors and fleet customers.
• Conduct regular product communication sessions and provide technical training to partners.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor activity, pricing and product preferences.
• Collaborate with regional teams, R&D and technical departments on new product development.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and monthly performance reports.
• Monitor market trends, segment shares and vehicle usage to identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic and English.
• Minimum 5 years of tyre sales experience, preferably B2B or manufacturing.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and expanding market share.
• Willingness to travel 70‑80 % of the time across the region.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
