Regional Sales Manager – UAE & Bahrain

About the role

Silverfort is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain. You will be the first sales representative in the region, responsible for building the market, establishing relationships with key decision‑makers and channel partners, and delivering the company’s identity security solutions to enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to presentations, demos, proof‑of‑concepts, negotiations and closing.
• Act as the pioneer sales presence in the region, creating market awareness and demand.
• Develop and nurture direct relationships with C‑level and technical stakeholders in target accounts.
• Partner with channel partners to enable a two‑tier sales model and expand reach.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline data in Salesforce (SFDC).
• Collaborate with pre‑sales, product, marketing and customer‑success teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Achieve or exceed assigned sales quota.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience selling software, preferably cybersecurity solutions, to end‑customers in the UAE/Bahrain.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Coachable, self‑driven and comfortable with a “whatever‑it‑takes” attitude.
• Strong passion for innovative technology and continuous learning.
• Excellent communication skills, able to present to C‑level executives and demo to technical audiences.
• Experience with startup‑stage vendors is a plus.
