Registered Nurse – Multispecialty Healthcare (UAE)

About the role

SearchPlus HR is recruiting qualified International Registered Nurses for positions across multispecialty healthcare facilities in the UAE. The role offers the chance to deliver high‑quality patient care while receiving support for licensing and relocation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, patient‑centred nursing care following clinical protocols.
• Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and report changes to the medical team.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
• Assist with examinations, diagnostic procedures, and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate nursing records and clinical documentation.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and preventive health.
• Follow infection‑control and patient‑safety procedures.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Support admission, transfer, discharge, and follow‑up processes.
• Respond appropriately to clinical emergencies within nursing scope.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent qualification recognised by UAE health authorities.
• Relevant clinical experience appropriate to the licensing category.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, if applicable.
• Strong clinical knowledge, communication abilities, and patient‑care skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Eligibility for UAE professional nursing registration, subject to authority requirements.

Required skills

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
