Registered Nurse – Multi‑Specialty Hospital (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join a brand‑new multi‑specialty hospital in Dubai Healthcare City Phase 2. The role involves delivering high‑quality, patient‑centred care while supporting the hospital’s setup, commissioning and accreditation processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Admit and orient patients, monitor vital signs and report abnormalities.
• Administer medications, treatments and therapeutic interventions as prescribed.
• Assist physicians during examinations, procedures and emergency situations, including CPR.
• Ensure patient safety through correct identification, infection‑control practices and proper waste management.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, shift reports and incident records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with patients and families.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse qualification with current licensure.
• Relevant clinical experience in a hospital setting.
• Familiarity with international accreditation standards such as JCI.
• Strong commitment to patient safety and quality care.
