Relationship Manager – Priority Banking (Chinese Speaker)

About the role

Emirates NBD is looking for a dynamic Relationship Manager to lead the Priority Banking segment in Dubai. You will acquire new high‑net‑worth clients, deepen existing relationships and drive revenue across assets, liabilities, investments and insurance while ensuring the highest service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new Priority Banking clients and expand the wallet share of existing customers.
• Achieve revenue targets across assets, liabilities, investments and insurance products.
• Maintain strict compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations, AML policies and KYC requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact, providing trusted advice and cross‑selling bank solutions.
• Document client meetings, monitor satisfaction and report any suspicious activity promptly.

Required profile

• University degree in Business, Finance or a related field.
• 2–3 years of sales experience in financial services or banking.
• Proven experience across retail and wealth management banking areas.
• Fluent Mandarin/Chinese language skills; relevant wealth‑management certifications are a plus.
