Renewal Executive – Business Setup Sales

About the role

The Renewal Executive will manage the end‑to‑end renewal process for business licences, visas, establishment cards and other government‑related documents for our clients in the UAE. You will act as the main point of contact, ensuring renewals are completed on time while delivering a high level of customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor client renewal schedules and proactively contact clients before due dates.
• Collect required documentation, verify its completeness and submit renewal applications to the appropriate authorities.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, PRO, Finance, Operations) to ensure smooth processing.
• Prepare quotations and invoices in collaboration with the Finance department.
• Maintain accurate client records in the CRM/database and provide regular status updates.
• Track renewal performance, prepare reports and work towards monthly renewal targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in business setup, corporate services or document processing within the UAE.
• Good knowledge of mainland, free‑zone and immigration renewal procedures.
• Strong communication, organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple renewals simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
