Reservation Agent – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Reservation Agent will support the Reservations Supervisor in delivering high‑quality service for Anantara Downtown Dubai. You will help ensure accurate bookings, maximise revenue, and maintain seamless communication across the reservations team.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Reservations Supervisor and enforce SOP compliance.
• Maintain and improve reservation operations to ensure accuracy and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor daily arrivals and communicate guest requests to relevant departments.
• Manage inventory, including allotments, group blocks, and rate codes.
• Assist the Reservations Manager with upselling initiatives and optimal use of distribution channels such as IBE, GDS, tour operators, and corporate sales offices.

Required profile

• Familiarity with hotel operations technology, specifically Opera Cloud and RMS.
• Understanding of regional and local market dynamics, competitors, and destination events.
