Reservations Agent – Hotel Guest Services

About the role

As a Reservations Agent you will be the first point of contact for guests looking to book rooms at the Millennium Airport Hotel Dubai. You will deliver excellent customer service across phone, email and online channels while ensuring accurate and efficient reservation processing.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests in making room reservations via phone, email and online platforms.
• Provide information on room availability, rates and hotel amenities.
• Process reservations accurately, verify guest details and payment information.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve booking‑related concerns.
• Promote special offers, packages and discounts.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel policies, procedures and room types.
• Collaborate with the reservations team to manage room inventory.
• Support group bookings as needed.
• Uphold high standards of professionalism and customer service.
• Participate in training to improve reservation skills.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month experience in reservations or hospitality.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests.
• Willingness to follow health, safety and environmental procedures.
