About the role

Tanami Properties, a leading real‑estate agency in Dubai, is seeking a driven Residential Consultant to join its dynamic sales team. You will focus on the resale market, helping buyers and sellers navigate transactions and uncover investment opportunities across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Buy, sell, and lease resale residential and commercial properties across the UAE.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
• Advise clients on market conditions, pricing trends, and investment potential.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and manage contracts.
• Generate and manage leads through referrals, digital marketing, and networking.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in secondary‑market real estate.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Goal‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to build long‑term relationships with clients and investors.
