Restaurant Manager – Asian Fine Dining Concept

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead an upscale Asian fine‑dining concept within a prestigious 5‑star luxury property in Dubai. The role demands a dynamic hospitality professional who can uphold luxury standards, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring service aligns with luxury hospitality benchmarks.
• Deliver outstanding guest dining experiences and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a diverse team.
• Maintain strict quality control of food, beverage, and service standards.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef to ensure authentic Asian cuisine and menu excellence.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, upselling, and cost‑control initiatives.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, P&L, and cost management.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, health and safety standards.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and promptly.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in fine‑dining or luxury hospitality.
• Proven experience with Asian cuisine concepts (preferred).
• Fluency in Indonesian, Malaysian, or Singaporean language.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages a plus.
• Currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate.
