Restaurant Manager – Pool and Beach

About the role
As a Restaurant Manager for the pool and beach outlet, you will lead daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive revenue growth within a Hilton hotel.
Key responsibilities
- Manage outlet operations including service standards, product quality, inventory, cost controls, budgeting and policy enforcement.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, address issues and continuously improve the dining experience.
- Supervise, coach and develop team members, conduct performance evaluations and foster a high‑performing team.
- Implement marketing, up‑selling and promotional initiatives to maximize food and beverage sales.
- Lead recruitment, hiring, onboarding and training of new staff.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.
