Retail Area Manager – GCC

About the role

Lead and grow a portfolio of PUMA stores across a defined geographical area, driving sustainable sales growth, profitability and brand consistency through strong commercial leadership and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales, KPI and profitability targets through effective business planning, performance management and expense control.
• Analyze business performance, market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Ensure consistent high‑standard consumer experience, visual merchandising, and execution of marketing initiatives across all stores.
• Recruit, develop, coach and retain high‑performing Store Managers and oversee regular store visits.
• Manage payroll, operating expenses, loss prevention, inventory accuracy and compliance with legal and safety requirements.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of management experience in a customer‑service‑oriented retail environment, preferably apparel/footwear.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, motivational and organisational skills with commercial acumen.
• Ability to lead change, drive innovation and foster an inclusive, high‑performance culture.

Required skills

• Proficiency with PC and MS Office applications (Outlook, Internet).
• Strong analytical skills for business performance and market insights.
