Retail Banking Officer - Personal Loans

About the role
The Retail Banking Officer – Personal Loans will work within the DSF Personal Loan Unit, supporting Emirates NBD’s personal loan sales to both existing and new customers in the UAE. The role focuses on growing market share, cross‑selling additional retail banking products and delivering high‑quality customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve personal loan acquisition targets and contribute to overall retail banking revenue.
- Identify and onboard new corporate clients to the bank’s approved employer list.
- Cross‑sell accounts, credit cards, bancassurance and other retail products to existing customers.
- Proactively contact portfolio customers to increase wallet share and promote new offerings.
- Monitor client satisfaction and ensure service quality exceeds expectations.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of experience in banking or retail sales within the UAE.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Self‑motivated, hardworking and enthusiastic.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of operating systems.
- Selling and marketing skills.
