Retail Counter Sales

About the role

We are looking for a Retail Counter Sales professional to join our Deira Gold Souk showroom in Dubai. The role involves assisting walk‑in customers, including goldsmiths and jewellery manufacturers, and promoting a range of jewellery‑making tools and industrial supplies.

Key responsibilities

• Handle walk‑in customers such as goldsmiths, jewellery workshops and manufacturers.
• Sell jewellery‑making tools, machinery, equipment, plating solutions and industrial chemicals.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare quotations, process orders and follow up with customers.
• Maintain product knowledge and ensure an attractive showroom presentation.

Required profile

• Counter/retail sales experience, preferably in jewellery, tools, hardware or industrial supplies.
• Good communication and customer‑handling skills.
• Knowledge of Hindi, Gujarati or Arabic is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn technical product details.

What we offer

• Salary AED 2,500 per month.
• Accommodation provided.
• Transport provided.
• Working hours: 10 AM–1 PM and 4 PM–9 PM, 6 days/week.
• Weekly off on Sunday or rotational basis.
