Retail Manager

About the role

Sephora is seeking a Retail Manager to lead people, standards, customer experience and financial performance across stores in the assigned area. The role involves coaching store teams, implementing retail plans and driving sales and KPI achievement.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver pre‑agreed sales and KPI targets by monitoring performance, identifying opportunities and taking corrective actions.
• Ensure exceptional retail and operational standards, compliance and best‑in‑class customer service across all stores.
• Lead, coach and develop Store Managers and their teams, translating area objectives into store targets.
• Monitor KPIs, productivity and budgets, and optimise store schedules and back‑office processes.
• Oversee stock management, inventories and merchandising standards, ensuring launches and initiatives are fully supported.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing multiple stores in beauty, retail or hospitality.
• Degree in Business or Administration and strong knowledge of customer experience and commercial KPIs.
• Proven leadership, problem‑solving and communication skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Fluency in English (Arabic a plus) and a valid driving licence.
