Retail Manager – Offline Stores (APAC, MEA)

About the role

Alpargatas S.A., the owner of the Havaianas brand, is seeking a Retail Manager to lead the offline DTC store network across APAC, the Middle East and Africa. Based in Dubai, you will work with distributor partners to ensure a consistent premium brand experience and drive commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure consistent Havaianas brand experience across all retail stores by implementing global guidelines on store design, visual merchandising, staff training, uniforms, packaging and in‑store communication.
• Drive operational excellence and align store performance with global standards.
• Develop market‑specific retail expansion strategies (flagship, lifestyle, kiosks, standard stores) and conduct commercial feasibility analyses (CAPEX, cash flow, IRR, payback).
• Support distributors in evaluating and executing profitable store openings.
• Create annual joint business plans with distributors, monitor performance against financial targets and initiate corrective actions.
• Analyse retail KPIs, merchandising performance and trading effectiveness.
• Act as the primary liaison between distributors and internal business units, collaborating with Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing and Commercial teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in offline retail, preferably with global lifestyle or fashion brands.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, P&L management and commercial performance.
• Advanced analytical mindset with ability to deep‑dive into data and performance insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• High attention to detail, ownership mindset and ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments.
• Passion for retail, brand execution and customer experience.
• Preferably based in the UAE.
