About the role
The Retail Manager (store based) for SKIMS will lead store operations, ensuring exceptional customer experience and achieving sales targets while fostering a high‑performance team.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sales to exceed store targets through effective leadership and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, implement strategies to grow the business and protect profit.
- Oversee stock management, visual merchandising standards, and execution of promotions.
- Recruit, train, and retain a high‑performing team while ensuring compliance with policies.
Required profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 5–7 years of experience managing fast‑paced, large‑format or multiple profitable retail stores.
