Retail Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Retail Sales Executive to join Arada’s fashion boutique in Sharjah. The role focuses on modest wear and ready‑to‑wear collections, requiring strong Arabic communication and a passion for delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage walk‑in customers, understand their preferences and recommend suitable modest and ready‑to‑wear pieces.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets consistently.
• Maintain deep product knowledge of current collections, trends and styling options.
• Support visual merchandising, ensuring the sales floor is organized, stocked and visually appealing.
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems and assist with inventory management.
• Promote loyalty programmes, new arrivals and ongoing offers to retain customers.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fashion retail, specifically modest wear and ready‑to‑wear.
• Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English.
• Proven sales record with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Energetic, proactive and able to work flexible shifts in a fast‑paced environment.
