Retail Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Retail Sales Executive to lead the distribution and growth of our frozen baked products across retail stores in the UAE. The role focuses on building strong relationships with store managers and buyers, driving product visibility, and expanding market share.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand distribution of frozen food products across retail outlets.
• Identify new business opportunities to increase market share.
• Ensure strong product placement, visibility, and availability in stores.
• Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Build and maintain partnerships with retail store managers and buyers.
• Visit outlets regularly to monitor performance and address customer concerns.
• Promote frozen baked products and suggest product mix improvements based on demand.
• Track competitor activities, pricing, and promotions, and provide market feedback.
• Support new product launches and promotional campaigns.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Results‑driven with a strong focus on sales and market expansion.
• Problem‑solving ability and adaptability.
• Valid UAE driving licence (preferred).
• Strong network within retail stores or supermarkets is an advantage.
• At least 10 years of experience in FMCG sales.
