Retail Sales Representative – Watches & Jewellery

About the role

The Retail Sales Representative will drive sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience for Al‑Futtaim Watches & Jewellery at Mall of the Emirates. You will be the first point of contact for shoppers, providing product knowledge, assistance in fitting rooms, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑level customer service: greet customers, share product information, assist in fitting rooms, thank shoppers and encourage repeat visits.
• Support store operations: open and close the store, run the floor in the manager’s absence, train staff on POS systems, ensure pricing compliance, handle cash‑wrap duties and meet weekly sales targets.
• Maintain store standards: keep the sales floor, cash‑wrap and visual displays clean and organized, perform housekeeping tasks, and participate in inventories and store meetings.

Required profile

• High school diploma.
• 1–2 years of retail sales experience.
• Strong verbal communication, ability to stand for at least 8 hours and perform occasional heavy lifting.

Required skills

• Excellent customer service abilities.
• Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
