About the role
The Sales Support role at ACE Hardware Dubai Hills ensures an optimal shopping environment, delivering high‑level customer service and supporting store operations. You will use POS systems, maintain store standards, and apply product knowledge to assist customers and drive sales.
Key responsibilities
- Provide professional customer service, advise on product categories and handle inquiries promptly.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale system accurately, follow cash procedures and engage customers to meet sales targets.
- Promote product knowledge, assist with deliveries, price and ticket merchandise correctly, and maintain a clean, merchandised store.
- Support store initiatives such as stock takes, new store openings and seasonal launches.
Required profile
- Completion of secondary school education.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a retail environment with familiarity in store operations and merchandising.
Required skills
- Proven ability to operate POS systems accurately.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
