About the role

The Kids Club Attendant will create a safe, fun, and inclusive environment for young guests at a luxury resort. Fluent Russian and English communication is essential to engage children and keep parents informed.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome children and families, ensuring a warm first impression.
• Design and lead age‑appropriate, culturally relevant activities that promote learning and social interaction.
• Supervise play areas to maintain safety and adhere to resort protocols.
• Communicate observations and updates to Russian‑speaking parents.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of the Kids Club space and equipment.
• Assist in organizing special events tailored to guest needs.

Required profile

• Fluent in Russian and proficient in English.
• Experience working with children in childcare, camp, or recreational settings.
• Understanding of child development principles.
• Previous experience in a luxury resort, hotel, or high‑end hospitality environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to safety.
• Flexibility to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• First aid and CPR certification is a plus.
