Senior Relationship Manager

About the role

The Senior Relationship Manager – Acquisition will drive growth by acquiring new SME banking clients and promoting a range of lending and transaction banking solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new-to-bank SME customers, building a strong sales pipeline.
• Promote SME lending products such as working capital finance, trade finance, unsecured loans, merchant POS financing and asset‑backed lending.
• Conduct client meetings, prepare financing proposals and manage the end‑to‑end acquisition and onboarding process.
• Collaborate with Credit, Operations, Compliance and Product teams to ensure seamless client experience and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SME lending or relationship management with a proven track record of new business acquisition.
• Strong sales orientation, negotiation and communication skills, and ability to achieve revenue targets.
• Fluent English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using CRM systems.
