Sales Account Executive

About the role

KitchenPark is looking for a Sales Account Executive to drive growth across the UAE market. You will work directly with restaurateurs and partners, helping them leverage KitchenPark’s smart‑kitchen facilities to expand their food‑delivery capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Engage prospects via phone, email, and face‑to‑face meetings across Enterprise, SME and Mid‑Market segments.
• Own the full sales cycle from outbound outreach to closing deals.
• Initiate discussions, build interest, and arrange meetings with potential partners.
• Understand client business priorities and articulate how KitchenPark can add value.
• Participate in an 8‑week training and shadowing program to master product and sales processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of full‑cycle, quota‑carrying sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related discipline (e.g., marketing, sales, finance, economics).
• Strong consultative selling and closing abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal‑oriented, resilient, and self‑motivated with a strong work ethic.
