Sales Account Manager

About the role

As a Sales Account Manager you will be the primary liaison for real‑estate agency clients using Bayut and dubizzle advertising solutions. You will help agencies maximise the value of their listings, improve visibility and drive lead generation while growing revenue for the platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of agency clients, building long‑term relationships and acting as the main point of contact.
• Drive contract renewals, upsell and cross‑sell advertising products to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Analyse listing and lead performance, providing data‑driven recommendations to improve visibility and ROI.
• Educate clients on platform features and ensure optimal use of advertising solutions.
• Provide market insights, pricing strategies and competitor analysis to keep clients competitive.
• Develop tailored growth strategies based on each agency’s inventory and business goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams – marketing, product and operations – to resolve issues and enhance client experience.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, presenting data, insights and action plans.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• 3‑4 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in real‑estate or advertising.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and ability to handle client objections.
• Goal‑oriented with a proven track record of meeting quotas.
