Sales Account Manager – MENA

About the role

Fineksus, a provider of financial crime detection and AML compliance solutions for financial institutions, is looking for a Sales Account Manager to join its MENA Sales Team in the Dubai office. The role covers generating leads, managing the full customer cycle and supporting compliance and audit processes.

Key responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads and identify new business opportunities across the MENA region
• Meet clients virtually or onsite to understand their needs and present product solutions
• Research markets and competitors, and present the company profile, products and value proposition at events and conferences
• Prepare and submit commercial proposals, quotes and contracts, and negotiate terms, pricing and packages
• Manage the customer cycle: follow renewal timelines, prepare renewal proposals and contract amendments, and respond to client queries on renewals and payment terms
• Coordinate with Finance teams for billing and collections, and keep CRM accurate for renewals
• Gather customer feedback, maintain customer records, and share insights with other teams
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and work to meet monthly and annual revenue targets
• Support compliance or audit processes by collecting required customer documents

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field
• 3-5 years of proven sales or account management experience, preferably in the MENA region
• Prior payments or fintech experience is a strong asset
• Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and customer expectations
• Professional English; Arabic is a plus

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with CRM tools, preferably Microsoft Dynamics
• Understanding of the sales cycle, lead management and pipeline development
• Negotiation and complex sales process management
• Time management, prioritisation and teamwork
