Sales & Administrative Executive

About the role

RAM Mounts Middle East is looking for a versatile Sales & Administrative Executive to support the Sales Manager and ensure smooth daily operations across sales, e‑commerce, office administration, and logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quotes and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
• Manage online sales channels, process web orders, and update product availability on platforms such as Shopify and WooCommerce.
• Identify and qualify new business prospects, schedule B2B meetings, and maintain the Sales Manager’s calendar.
• Coordinate with the factory for on‑time shipments, handle local and international deliveries, and arrange carrier pick‑ups.
• Monitor physical stock levels in real time to avoid supply gaps.
• Log all interactions, customer details, and pipeline activities in the company CRM.
• Handle general office tasks: draft official letters, process bills, manage supplies, and organize digital and physical files.
• Serve as primary contact for external vendors and utilities, and support basic accounting documentation.

Required profile

• 1‑5 years of experience in sales support, coordination or office administration within the UAE.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Basic technical, mechanical or electronics knowledge is a plus.
