Sales Advisor – Ford (Dubai)

About the role

As a Sales Advisor for Ford at Al Tayer Group in Dubai, you will engage directly with showroom visitors and prospective customers to drive vehicle sales. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying process, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and meeting monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve pre‑agreed monthly sales targets and budgets.
• Prepare and maintain visit/call reports and advise the manager on key insights.
• Report weekly and monthly performance data, comparing actual results with targets.
• Attend to showroom visitors, assess their needs, and provide qualified product advice.
• Maintain contact with prospects, schedule sales calls and visits, and follow up on leads.
• Update and manage the customer database and develop prospect lists.
• Conduct pre‑delivery inspections and ensure accurate documentation of each transaction.
• Provide information on vehicle finance, insurance, accessories, warranties, and handle any changes or delays.
• Participate in seasonal sales campaigns and promotions.

Required profile

• Degree in any discipline or automotive vocational qualification.
• 3–5 years of solid automotive sales experience in the GCC market.
• Strong knowledge of automobile sales processes and competition.
• Attention to detail and a proactive, dynamic personality.
