Sales and Hospitality Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Hospitality Manager to drive our hospitality services portfolio in Dubai. The role combines strong sales expertise with a deep understanding of hospitality operations, targeting European, Arabic and Asian markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients in the hospitality sector, focusing on event technology products and services.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with legal and contract teams to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports and market analysis to support strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years proven sales experience, preferably within hospitality.
• Strong customer development and relationship management abilities.
• Demonstrated emotional maturity, integrity and organizational skills.
• Ability to work long hours with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Knowledge of event technology products and services.
• Understanding of contract management and legal aspects.
• Excellent communication skills; Arabic language is an advantage.
