About the role
The Sales Assistant will support the Store Manager in delivering an excellent customer experience at Toys 'R' Us in Galleria Mall. You will maintain store presentation standards, engage shoppers, and help drive sales while ensuring a clean and organized environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly with a friendly, professional attitude and adhere to the dress code.
- Assist shoppers in fitting rooms, follow up on their needs, and thank them at checkout.
- Provide up‑to‑date product information and suggest complementary items or gift cards to increase sales.
- Maintain a sparkling, organized store and cash‑wrap area.
- Capture customer data in the store database for service and marketing purposes.
Required profile
- High school diploma.
- 1‑2 years of retail sales experience.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lift heavy items and stand for at least 8 hours per shift.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CAD packages such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Illustrator, or Photoshop.
