Sales Associate – Russian Speaking

About the role

The Russian‑Speaking Sales Associate owns the full customer journey, from first contact through purchase and follow‑up, working onsite in Dubai. You will support Russian‑speaking customers with clear communication, thoughtful recommendations and reliable service while meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Engage Russian‑speaking customers professionally, understand their needs and recommend suitable products to improve conversion and satisfaction.
• Own sales conversations from initial contact to close, using structured questioning, persuasive presentations and timely follow‑up to achieve revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in required systems to ensure pipeline visibility and prioritisation of high‑value opportunities.
• Handle questions, objections and service concerns with patience, escalating when necessary to protect trust and commercial momentum.
• Collaborate with operational teams on availability, orders, payments, delivery and after‑sales support to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent in Russian with strong English communication skills.
• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably serving international or high‑net‑worth customers.
• Proactive, polished professional comfortable working in a busy onsite environment.
• Ability to record customer information accurately and follow up consistently without constant supervision.

Required skills

• Use of point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
• Email and basic reporting tools for interaction logging and operational visibility.
