Sales & Business Development Executive – Industrial Automation

About the role

The Sales & Business Development Executive will focus on expanding Unseen Era's footprint in the industrial automation market across the UAE. You will work directly with manufacturing customers, visiting factories to generate leads, present solutions and close sales for a range of automation technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to factories and industrial sites to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Generate, qualify and follow up on enquiries for Machine Vision, Sensors, PLC/SCADA, Industrial IoT, Traceability, Robotics and custom automation solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with Production, Maintenance, Engineering and Purchasing teams.
• Achieve sales targets through lead generation, customer acquisition and effective pipeline management.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular sales reports.

Required profile

• 0–3 years of B2B field‑sales experience, preferably in industrial automation.
• Comfortable with intensive field work and frequent travel to industrial areas.
• UAE driving licence preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
