Sales Consultant (Fitness)

About the role

AB Fitness is seeking an energetic Sales Consultant to promote and sell gym memberships, personal training packages, and other fitness services. The role involves engaging walk‑in visitors, handling inbound calls, and converting referrals into new members while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell gym memberships, personal training packages, and fitness services.
• Generate leads through walk‑ins, phone calls, and referrals.
• Conduct club tours and explain membership benefits to prospective clients.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with members and prospects.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Maintain accurate customer records and prepare daily sales reports.

Required profile

• Confident, target‑driven with strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, energetic attitude and passion for fitness and customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Freshers with home‑country sales experience or candidates with 1–2 years of sales experience are welcome.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
