About the role
Deliver excellent customer service by identifying needs, offering advice, and demonstrating suitable home and furniture products to achieve sales targets and build loyalty.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and greet every customer warmly, providing consistent service.
- Identify customer needs, recommend and demonstrate appropriate products, and close sales.
- Process cash and electronic payments, issue receipts, and provide professional checkout service.
- Handle customer complaints according to company policy and escalate when needed.
- Maintain product knowledge, stay updated on fashion trends and in‑store promotions.
- Keep displays, fitting rooms and stock areas clean and organized.
- Monitor stock levels daily and inform the store manager of low inventory.
- Recruit customers for the database and enter their details accurately.
Required profile
- High school qualification.
- 3 to 4 years of retail sales or customer service experience.
