Senior Sales Executive – Material Handling Equipment

About the role

Al Rostamani Group is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive sales of material handling equipment across Dubai. The role involves building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets while representing the company’s reputable brands.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify new business opportunities, market trends and potential customers.
• Visit prospective customers at commercial and industrial sites to present product catalogs, pricing and advantages.
• Prepare and respond to proposals, RFPs and customised solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to understand requirements and provide sales support.
• Negotiate prices and terms within company guidelines and secure orders.
• Open new customer accounts and ensure all administrative procedures are completed.
• Monitor sales performance against targets and provide regular status reports to the Sales Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum Higher Secondary or Diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of sales experience in the UAE, preferably in material handling or related equipment.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written); Arabic and Hindi are an advantage.
