Sales Consultant - International Brands

About the role

Damas Jewellery collaborates with world-renowned international brands to bring luxury, craftsmanship and heritage to the region. As part of its joint venture, it is looking for an ambitious and sophisticated Sales Consultant to act as a brand ambassador for one of its prestigious international partners. Beyond selling fine jewelry and luxury timepieces, the role involves curating memorable client experiences and building lasting relationships with a global, high-net-worth clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome boutique guests warmly and curate personalized styling and consultation sessions tailored to high-end client preferences.
• Share the brand's history, craftsmanship, gemstone knowledge and artistry with clients.
• Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs, and identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell and introduce new collections.
• Maintain an active client book (CRM) with personalized follow-ups, previews of new collections, private appointments and exclusive brand events.
• Keep visual merchandising, product display, layout and lighting to international luxury standards.
• Manage inventory counts, stock security, POS operations and order tracking in line with luxury retail controls.
• Work with the boutique team, marketing and joint-venture brand leadership to support store performance.

Required profile

• 2+ years of retail sales experience in luxury jewelry, fine watches, high fashion or premium retail across the GCC/UAE market.
• Strong understanding of fine craftsmanship, precious metals, diamonds and gemstones; GIA background or luxury watch certification is a plus.
• Fluent English; Arabic, French, Russian or Mandarin is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in clienteling, client data management and building repeat business.
