About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Consultant who is passionate about fitness and wellness. The role involves promoting gym memberships, personal training programs, and fitness packages to prospective clients while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell gym memberships, personal training programs, and fitness packages.
• Generate new business through walk‑ins, referrals, networking, and outbound sales activities.
• Conduct consultations with potential members and recommend suitable membership options based on fitness goals.
• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries to maximize conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, memberships, and sales activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing campaigns, promotions, and club events.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Previous experience in gym membership, fitness, or wellness sales is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment.
• Excellent presentation and relationship management skills.
• Immediate availability is a plus.
